Audit observations and non-conformance reports will be sent to customer and necessary guidance will be provided to the supplier in closing the non-conformance reports, where required.

A formal request has to be placed through mail. Upon receipt of request, our Consultant will call on the client instantly to discuss in detail the process of recruitment & agreement to be signed. TQM will handover the Man Power Request Form (MPRF) to the client and the client will fill up the same for every position requested.
